Tucked away on Swinegate in Leeds' exchange quarter, Farrands is an independent cocktail and wine bar a short walk from the Corn Exchange, Call Lane and Leeds train station. We pour a carefully chosen list of wines by the glass and bottle, craft cocktails mixed to order, and a tight selection of beers — alongside grazing boards and small plates. Whether it's after-work drinks, a relaxed weekend session or our Sunday Aperitivo, we're a bar first and you're always welcome.

Our booking system closes 30 minutes before we open to allow space for walk-in guests— so if you’re unable to book online, feel free to pop by anyway! We’re primarily a bar, so bookings for drinks only are absolutely welcome. If you’re looking to book for 6 or more guests, please get in touch with us directly at

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for Wine Club last night and of course to Jack for hosting another incredible evening 🍷

We had a brilliant time diving into our summer 'BBQ Wines' theme and tasting the stunning Jordi Miró Orange, the crisp Alentejo White and getting a little nod to the 4th of July with the Prototype Zinfandel from Lodi.

Our next tasting is on Wednesday 5th August and we are completely open to theme suggestions this time around.

We’re kicking things off with @lucychoons playing live from 7pm to get the weekend started right.

Saturday // 12pm – Midnight
Our popular Sparkling Saturday from 1pm to 4pm. Drop by for reduced Champagne and our grazing boards.

Sunday // 12pm – 6pm
We're wrapping up the weekend with our Aperitivo offer running all day long: £6 Negronis, 2 for £15 Spritzes and complimentary nibbles.

We've been planning this one for a while. On Tuesday, 21st July, Matt and Ash from @thebrainjar are making the trip over from Hull to take over the bar alongside @casamigos

If you love a whiskey-forward drink but want something a bit different, this is his take on a classic Manhattan.

Archie wanted to keep that bold whisky kick but gave it a lovely lift with a touch of sweetness from the peach, it’s an absolute must try if you're looking for your new favourite.
